Used Sally’s baking addiction recipe, baked at 325 for 13ish minutes . Everything was sifted and weighed out perfectly what went wronghhhhhgg.???

Is that wax paper? If so, trying using parchment paper or a silicone mat – will release the macarons much better.
if the tops came off, it may be either the bottoms not being able to release, or still needed a few more minutes in the oven.

If parchment, here’s a tip. After baking, slide the parchment onto a cool baking sheet and put them in the freezer for 5 min or so. Helps them pop right off.

Bake on parchment paper and don’t remove from paper until they’ve fully cooled down

I think all the other comments are right about the wax paper. But, I have to say, I’ve never seen a mistake like this, so thanks for sharing 😅
