Hey guys! Though I would post a few pics of some platters that I made at my catering job, I’m 15 and absolutely love all things food planning on becoming a chef and have been working in the food industry for around 3 years I wouldn’t ever compare what im doing to what you guys do and I have so much respect for all of you. Criticism is definitely welcome I’m always trying to improve!

Edit-the platter on the third slide was made by a colleague I just prepped the ingredients
How can you be 15 years old and abuse balsamic glaze like the old heads ?
Are you kidding me?
You have exceptional talent!
They look good! My only suggestion is to make them a bit lighter. They are a little bit too crowded and busy.
Salami rose please teach me your ways
Looks good. I would say they are a bit crowded and heavy. Color arrangement could use some work as well. Add something crunchy like lavash or pita bread, and some sweetness to level the saltiness.
Friend, I would be thrilled to have any of these set before me! ♥️
Keep learning and growing!
Add some ramps and you’re well on your way to easily charging over $700!
you are one talented mofo, our young friend
this is awesome
They all look amazing. 👍
You’re hired.
First, your attention to detail is phenomenal. That salami rose is **gorgeous**. You should absolutely continue in your schooling and pursue a career in the culinary arts. I can see people paying top dollar to try the dishes you’ve prepared.
Only suggestions I have is perhaps a bigger platter for more spacing? I know a lot of people that are weird about their food touching. The second thing I would say is maybe the color balance? Eggplant is fantastic, but perhaps some lemon wedges would be a nice touch especially for the stuffed grape leaves (🤤) in the first picture or some yellow squash and toast points or pita in the second?
Keep up the fantastic work!
Please. PLEASE tell me i can buy one for 700$ 😉
All jokes aside, looks great!!
None of this adds up tho tbh
#3 and #4 aren’t making it to the table.
Are those grilled pickles? Or cucumbers or zucchini?
I’m hungry, 11/10!
This is awesome! You are doing great!
That freaking awesome little chef keep pushing and pursuing and keep quiet and pay attention to what the Chefs you respect and admire do and ask questions about why things are done a certain way if you don’t understand why it’s done that way and just keep learning you don’t need to go to culinary school working and learning in the trenches produce the best Chefs
7/10, needs more veggie ramp
