Yes. They’re cooked. The pink/red is from spices

For sausages do the bounce test.

Always cook low to mid temp, never high, never prick.

If you drop it on the hot surface and it flops it’s raw. It gets bouncier the more cooked it is.

It looks perfect to me. You should get a meat thermometer so you can temp check. You cannot always tell by looking but a temp will help you know for sure it is done.

With sausages, while cooking, if you see the juices bubbling on the inside, and juices want to come spattering out, then they are ready.

  5. Yep, fully cooked, looks well cooked too.

I humbly suggest you poke stuff like this before and during cooking, they firm up when finished cooking in a noticable way. I do most meat with a thermometer but sausages I just poke (with my finger)

They look fine. Also check if the package indicates whether they were already cooked – some sausages are ready to eat and you just need to warm them up with your preferred method (grill, pan, etc). If they don’t say pre-cooked, follow the package directions to make sure you get them cooked through. 20 minutes is plenty (most I know of say to put in a covered pan with water for 8-12 minutes and then uncover and add a little oil for the last 3-5 so they get nice and brown, but that depends on the sausage)

Uhhh for sure you don’t die from eating raw or undercooked meat 😂 Typically most people wouldn’t even get sick…

Texture will help ya figure if they’re cooked. Specifically texture on inside. Hard to tell in pic, but looks like it cooked great here. What kinda spices and meats ya use?
