Instructions:
-Spread gravy onto tortillas, top with stuffing, leftover shredded turkey, spinach and cranberry sauce.
-Fold up tortillas, heat on skillet over low heat until gently toasted on each side.

*2/3 cup leftover stuffing
*1/3 cup leftover turkey, shredded or diced
*1/3 cup leftover mashed cauliflower

Instructions:
-In a large mixing bowl, combine the leftover stuffing, shredded turkey, mashed cauliflower, and gravy.
