I finally ordered a Weber Kettle and it came in the mail today. After I did the burnout I cooked some burgers for my family. I’m not sure if I had enough charcoals ( I was going for medium heat) or if i had the lid on with the vents not fully open but I believe the fire died lol , anyway tonight I fired up the grill again to grill 2 more burgers and I put more charcoal in and had a nice decent sized fire after I filled up the chimney higher then then last time ( first time I filled it up half way) the flame on the chimney was blue so that’s when I decided to dump it I pre heated the grill for 5 minutes with all the vents open then I cooked my burgers for 4 minutes each side on the direct heat ( the first side I lost count lol) and 3 minutes on the indirect. The burgers in the first cook tasted good and they were more medium which how I liked it but they weren’t seared. The second cook the burgers were seared and they were cooked more well done then I’d like but they were really good. Overall I’m glad that I got my new grill and I can’t wait to cook more on it. Here are some pictures

Do the dimples work? I’ve tried it but still my burgers shrink and hockey puck. I need to press to mostly keep flat.

Looks good, enjoy! I bought my first one 6 years ago with zero knowledge and between YouTube, my retired neighbor, and tons of trial and error it’s become a full on hobby of mine. Have fun with it

Yeah, nice. The kettle never disappoints. I can’t believe it took me so long to get one.
