In this video, I share what a wacky Wednesday meal looks like at the Mister Branzino house. I take whatever I have in the fridge and throw something together.
I’ve gotten to a point in my cooking journey that I can cook like jazz and improvise. This takes time to build up to this point but knowing some basic techniques and flavors will get you there.
It’s summer so I wanted to keep dinner light. I also didn’t want to heat up my house. So it was off to the grill.
I made grilled shrimp, grilled chicken apple sausage and BBQ salad.
