

Man I hate mushrooms, but after the wine/shallots you can't really taste them at least haha. Also, recommend using other than Tenderloin. It's expensive and in the end the meat (although tasty) was more like a roast.

Cool beans! We did beef Wellington for Thanksgiving (well, my husband did) but he wrote his own recipe after researching and didn’t use the serious eats one. Yours looks great!
I actually found that I liked the duxeshelles better when the were cold the next day lol
