Wanted to share the new family tradition of brisket for Thanksgiving. Wife doesn't particularly care for any kind of turkey so said she wanted something different so brisket it was… Oak pellets at 180 over night wrapped at 155ish and pulled when flat hit 195 to hot hold in my oven at 180 for a couple of hours. Used Kinders the blend as seasoning.
