Made some ramen with a (I think?) medium cooked rib eye steak for my gf and myself. Is this some kind of line I crossed or is this fine?
Did taste amazing btw 🙂

  1. Noodles look like udon in light soy broth

    I wouldn’t call this ramen but I also see nothing wrong with it, I’d happily devour a bowl of it

    I am used to udon noodles with ebi or veggie tempura. So adding steak on it will be a significant upgrade. Great work, chef!

    Change up the noodles next time and try to cook tsukemen!
