Hi, my machine just started leaking all the water from the bottom. Not a single drop comes from the front. I was trying to open it and see if I could spot the issue. Do you know how to open these oval shaped screws?

Hard to tell from pic, but those look like pop rivets, in which case you are out of luck. Is there any other way to solve the problem?

These are special screws for coffee machines. Just google oval screw coffee machine and you will find a tool

If you are trying to open up the CitiZ’s case, those do not need to be removed. It all opensby prying the shell apart at the seams. The D111 is one of the only Nespresso machines for which you can download the entire service manual.
