For the Ingredients you will need:
Pie Crust:
2 ½ cups or (350gr) All Purpose flour
2 Tbsp. Granulated White Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
2 sticks or 225gr cold butter
Ice water (4 or 5 tabs depending on the flour)
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Egg

Pie Filling;
3 pounds (1.3 kg) apples (about 6 medium), peeled, cored, and cut into thick slices
Lemon juice of half a lemon
1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated white sugar
1/3 cup (65 grams) light brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) salt
1 tablespoons all purpose flour
half stick (4 table spoon) unsalted butter
