



I used this recipe ( https://heresthedish.com/2022/09/08/charlotte-russe/ ) but subbed the mango and passion fruit for raspberries. My piping left a lot to be desired (really should’ve piped the savoiardi double-width) but the end result was delicious. First time I’ve ever made a Charlotte, an Italian meringue, a bavarois, or savoiardi! Had to translate leaf gelatin measurements into powder, too. First time I’ve ever worked with either.
Next time I might just make the raspberry bavarois and eat with a spoon 😂
