I recently got a nespresso and keep getting this error message when trying to create an account to purchase pods. I started trying around 1 pm today and it’s still happening as of 7 pm. Is this happening to anyone else/ Any ideas on how to resolve?

The Nespresso back end seems to be a mess, I would guess they’re getting slammed with Black Friday orders.
Can you try a different web browser or device? I had issues with Safari, so I tried Chrome and had no issues. Also, try to download the app from your devices App Store. That seems to work the best. Hope this helps!
