I can't find any info on it at all. What should I do with it? Keep it as a decoration?

Make vinegar with it.

The only way is to open it, smell, taste, discard, rinse, recork, and display. Good Luck.

There’s a chance it’s good. My wife and I had a bottle of wine from 1953 on our wedding, and against all odds, it was fantastic. That being said, I also had a backup bottle incase it was vinegar.
Open it. If it’s good, drink it! (Watch for sediment) If it’s bad, see above on displaying it

And I thought I hadn’t cleaned my fridge out in a while!

Worst case scenario it’s a cool antique bottle. Best case scenario it’s an awesome 70 year old wine. Only one way to find out
