This is an… interesting looking place. Do they offer spice levels?
Pad See Ew is typically what I get. Thai spice levels
They’re spelling it very oddly. At least I’ve never seen it that way. If they don’t offer spice levels papaya salad is probably the most inherently spicy dish if they have it. Curious to see other opinions here!

maybe im just a basic bitch but I just love all things Thai curry so I usually get a yellow curry with either chicken or pork and a 3 or 4/5 spice scale.

13 with shrimp and pork would be right up my alley. Light my face on fire Thai hot of course.

I’m almost exclusively red curry at Thai places just because it is so delicious. My local place does normal spice between 1-5 but beyond that for those that indulge they do Thai hot, x2, and x3. In my experience, it takes going to a Thai place multiple times for them to realize they won’t ruin your meal by adding a ton of heat.
