I tried the DRY YOGURT trend to see if it actually works!

✨Recipe:
Greek Yogurt
Toppings of Choice

Directions:
1. Place plenty of paper towels down in a bowl and scoop your yogurt on top. Fold paper towels over to completely wrap the yogurt.
2. Place in the fridge for 24 hours. After 12 hours, check of the paper towels are soaked through and replace the outer layers if necessary.
3. Remove the yogurt from the paper towels and place in a bowl. Top with your choice of toppings. I used bananas, strawberries, and a bit of chocolate!
4. Serve and enjoy! 😊

  1. Lebanese people do this all the time but use plain Greek yogurt and salt. It’s called Labne. Best thing my husband taught my white self

  2. I think you have to drain the remaining water from the bowl to make it dry I guess??

    Hope this helps❤

  3. Its not dry yougert its (labneh) (لبنة) we eat it every day on brakfast as an arab 😅✨ Arabs prove that you're here 💗

  4. You should try getting one of those things that dry it for you! (Also I heard it works better with cheesecloths and not paper towels)

  5. tissue paper works butttttt muslin cloth works even better. after putting the yogurt in the cloth, squeeze the cloth as much as you can and put weight on it or hang it. this is how I do it

  6. We use this type of hung curd fir some desserts in India! It's made by hanging normal fresh curd for hours in a muslin cloth. Used to make shrikhand, for example, which is a famous dessert here
