Tomato Basil Cottage Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients
3 sun dried tomatoes
2 tablespoon basil paste
1 cup cottage cheese (full fat)
2 large eggs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
Blend sun dried tomatoes, basil paste, cottage cheese, and eggs in a blender on high until smooth.
Prepare tray: Line a 18 x 13 in (45 x 33 cm) baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread cottage cheese mixture onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until browned and puffed up.
Cool for 10 minutes. Cut into slices.
