Bought a 250g tub of matcha sauce online but they didnt provide the nutritional information along with it so I did a bit of snooping on my own and found a "Matcha Green Tea Milk Spread" which looks similar to what Im getting for 75 calories per 15g but then went on mfp and found a matcha latte sauce by VEPiaoPiao for 172 calories per 15g. To me, the 75 calories per 15g sounds like its around the ballpark of the sauce (biscoff is 87c/15g and nutella is 80c/15g) but I really would not be surprised if it was really around 172c/15g.
On tiktok, it seems matcha sauce is made with melted white chocolate, some cocoa butter and a small amount of matcha so let me know your estimates!
