I tried my best at making a black forest cake for my mum’s birthday π
I kinda failed, the cake was too fluffy (?) and fell apart when I tried to cut it to put the cherries inside π

Do u have any time? This is what Iβd do: put it in the freezer for about a half an hourβ¦just enough to get everything to form up a bit. You donβt want it rock hard. Then gently take a a flat utensil and run it around the entire outside to smooth it out. Then you can either frost it or leave it naked which seems to be trending at the moment
