    you’re actually a genius. My wife and I were laughing at how absurdly well this combo worked. Thanks for the inspo.

    I put mine on Montreal bagel half with labneh (think peaches and cream), added chili oil, torched it, pickled banana peppers and sliced scallions.

    I bought one of these torches to use on some frozen yellow tail I bought from Whole Foods(and French Onion soup).

    Never thought to use it on one of my tins…intriguing!
