INGREDIENTS:

●3 chicken fillets (1.0-1.1 kg)
●3 tbsp salt
●1 tsp sugar
●2 tbsp honey
●1 tbsp paprika
●1 tbsp mustard
●1 tsp cumin
●1 tsp coriander

1. 3 pcs chicken fillet ,40 g of salt and 10 g of sugar Soak in water for 1.5 -2 hours
2. Remove, dry and coat with a mixture of spices:
30g honey
15g paprika
10g caraway seeds
10g mustard (round)
10g coriander
3. Stand for 30 minutes
4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
5. Then turn off the oven and leave the chicken fillet to cool for another 2 hours.
