I made jelly for the first time with fresh pomegranates from my tree. Juiced with a cold-press juicer and filtered to remove as much sediment as I could.

  2. I used the Sure-Jell recipe for Pomegranate Jelly which is:

    >3.5 cups of Pomegranate Juice.
    1 package of Sure-Jell pectin.
    5 cups of sugar.
    2 grams of unsalted butter.
    1 gram of love.
Add Juice and pectin to pot and bring to a boil that can’t be stirred down.
Add sugar and bring back to a boil.
Cook for 5 minutes plus elevation time.
