I am in love with this bowl so thought I would share it.

First I mix 150grams of yoghurt with 300grams water, 5gr psylium and 15grams ultra fine oats. I also add flavor powder. I put this in the fridge for about an hour, but 15 minutes would be fine to.
Then I put it in a bowl with 250grams soya yoghurt (vegan yoghurt). I sliced up some grapes and add 50grams of homemade chocolate sauce ande 50grams of homemade protein sauce.

I gave it my own twist, but it I definitely recommended making it!
