I am very lucky to have a cheese monger nearby. She has about 200 cheeses. You can buy as little or as much as you want. It’s just fantastic. I picked these up today. Have had most of them before.

STOP!! Oh my god The Cheese Lady!!! That’s one thing I miss the most about living in Michigan😭 only lived about 15 min away from her. I can only assume you live in the same city I used to. Dude her aged cheddar? Fucking marvelous. I highly recommend trying the 7 year aged if you haven’t already!!!
