in my country there's a very popular type of sushi called "Hot maki sushi". its basically just regular maki with like a cheese + shrimp cream mix on top. IT TASTES HEAVENLY. but the only recipes I can find of this is in my country's language, so I was wondering if this is just a thing in my country? has anyone else had this type of sushi??

I think this is just a thing in your country. I’ve never seen or served sushi how it looks in your picture. Every country has their quirks so if your area loves this type then more power to you
the sauce looks like tasty
place around me has something like this called a jungle roll. it’s a scallop roll with similar dressing. absolutely delicious.
its definitely its own thing from a regular maki roll but that looks goddamn *delicious*
The bottle being so vertical and the nozzle sp close to the sushi makes it look like a 3d printer.
Restaurant I visited since I was REALLY young, we started knowing the people there. The sushi chef would always make us some kinda appetizer while we waited for our table and it usually looked like this. At first I didn’t like it but ate it because he was being so nice and he liked to talk to us. then I started to REALLY like it and then he was gone…. I still dunno what it was but ima hang around here to see if more suggestions get thrown out, cuz im takin notes lol
What country are you in?
