215 pounds, 5’9, 24M, lift 5-6 times a week and do 180 minutes of cardio a week.

1,500 calories is crazy low for me, but getting plenty of protein and high volume foods in makes it easy. Down from 250 in a few months.

    Are you eating only protein? How are you getting that much protein with so few calories? You could get by with 120g of protein. You’re wasting calories. Carbs way too low. If you’re a lean mass hyperresponder you will see your LDL go up.

  5. I am so jealous you can have protein powder twice a day, especially for dinner.

    My body just refuses any whey or vegan protein I have tried.
