    Ive always subscribed to the wider vs taller philosophy of sandwich making. This does look fantastic though, it looks like broasted chicken also, good job.

    Meat is a bit dark for my tastes but it looks good

    Okay, I’m 1000% on board with this. It’s very close to how I make burgers for myself, except the cheese gets melted onto the patty. I think the chicken would benefit from that method as well.
