A friend recommended this microwave toastie maker. I didn’t trust it but got one anyway and it’s so handy and works well that I’m addicted to ‘grilled’ cheeses again.
If anyone is interested, I got it on Amazon and the brand is Mico. That’s one of the more expensive ones, but honestly the cheap ones look like they’d do the same thiing. There’s a bunch of the cheap ones on temu or aliexpress.
I used to just grill, fry, use george foreman or air fry my grilled cheese (technicaly not grilled but whatever), but this microwave one is so handy that it’s so quick and easy to make.
