I recently started working at a grocery store bakery to help me improve on my skills before I get comfortable with selling. I believe I’ve come a long way and am over the moon about this cake! It was my own, for my 20th birthday.

It’s a home made strawberry cake with whipped chocolate ganache frosting, pink butter cream and the inside was filled with chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries!

This was my first time experimenting with drop lines and honestly that’s the only thing I would change/ want to improve on. 🙂
