    Yeah, I’d probably leave out the cilantro though and add it fresh at the time, everything else is fermented or super acidic or oil based so probably fine, id keep it in the fridge though

    I wouldn’t keep it refrigerated more than a few days or the sugars and fresh ingredients could start to ferment. The garlic especially can get very sulfuric over time, and old lime juice tastes like a cleaning product.
