   Anyone else get annoyed when someone calls tonkotsu ramen “tonkatsu”? I get it’s only one letter off but they are two totally different things….

   Douglas Kim’s gochu ramyun from 1 Michelin star Jeju noodle bar is probably the best ramen I’ve had and I’ve been to Japan twice

    Top Ramen is the reason I will pay extra for a good bowl. Definitely the low bar.
