
My breakfast today. I'm surprised the chopped sausage patty not only didn't take over the flavor profile, but was barely standing out at all against the onions, provolone and toasted butter buns. It was delicious
Pro tip – if you want to keep loose ingredients from falling out during grilling/flipping, sandwich them between two slices of THIN cheese instead of having one regular slice
