Idk man, plastic handles, non-stick surface all subjected to excessive heat from the inferno in the grill below. Can we please get some cast iron?

The food looks awesome, but DO NOT use non-stick on a grill ever. They’re not rated for anything above medium heat. The Teflon non-stick coating breaks down and leaches toxic chemicals into your food. Use cast iron or stainless

    thanks for the suggestions everyone!

since the grill’s at our holiday home, we’re not exactly well equipped here, but I’m definitely gonna bring a cast iron pan the next time

I use a webber kettle too. So you’re using straight up wood? How do you like it? What are the pros and cons?
I assume you let it burn for a good while and then grill on it?

Vaporized PTFE is really no good. I would apologize to whomever ate the food and not do that anymore.
