    Yeah, just eat more. You can make sure what you eat is balanced. Protein and veg. Live your life if one decision makes you spiral, then that’s a real problem. I know because I deal with food disorders.

    You don’t deserve to starve all day because of one overindulgence. Eat reasonable meals and get back on track when you can.

    If you need to eat more to get in a nourishing dinner and feel your best definitely eat more! One day closer to/at/even over maintenance won’t really make a difference <3 (Also I totally have been there chocolate is so delicious and adds up so quick 😭😭😭)

    Just try and stick as close to your goal as you can without going too far over. Focus on hydration and protein! Tomorrow is a new day and you get to try again!

    Sometimes some of the posts on this sub remind me of how I thought and acted when I was deep in a restrictive eating disorder. You guys need to be more gentle with yourselves. It’s such a slippery slope.

    Life hack:

    Unlimited amount of carrots + small amount of dip made with Greek yoghurt, quark or some other low calorie dairy

    In total like 150 calories

    It’s ok to treat yourself. Sometimes I go a bit over but it balance back. Rn I only have been eating 1 meal because it’s exam season so I have been busy trying to finish school. But just eat a nice dinner tho!
