Spinach Börek Recipe
Part 1: The Dough

Roll Each Börek Individually:
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, then roll the dough tightly around itself to form a spiral or tube. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.
Part 4: Baking the Börek
Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
Prepare for Baking:
Arrange the rolled böreks on a greased baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
Egg Wash:
Brush the tops of the böreks with the beaten egg. Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top for extra texture and flavour.
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake the böreks for 25-30 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
