I’m making linzer cookies using [this reicipe](https://curlygirlkitchen.com/iced-lemon-curd-linzer-cookies/). Cookies were baked yesterday. Followed the icing recipe (1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tsp meringue powder, 2.5-3 tbsp lemon juice) as directed. When I came back to check on the cookie it had developed these white spots.. what can I do to prevent this?
