Simple yet effective.

Garlic, oil, chilli, some tuna, lemon rind and toasted breadcrumbs.

If you add the pasta to the fry pan that the sauce cooks in and cook it kind of like a risotto, this will emulsify and form a nice little cream.

Absolutely delicious.

    I do this without the breadcrumbs but with lemon juice. Might have to add breadcrumbs next time I make it.
