First shot at a slower cook on my gas grill – 2kg rump with an Argentinian-style rub. The chimichurri was too watery, so I'm ditching the food processor and investing in a mortar & pestle. The family loved the steak!

    Looks great. Would love a quick recap recipe if you got it. As a tip, always cut against the grain of the muscle fibers.
