    The burnt carcinogenic crust is the best thing about grilling meat in my opinion.

    Nope looks good to me. I enjoy a little bit of crunch on the exterior. And the interior still looks like a good medium rare to medium. 👩‍🍳👌🏻

    I personally would shoot for a little less darkness but, have gotten where you are many times and know it still tastes delicious.

    Just cut against the grain next time dude. Those look fucking fantastic otherwise. A good smokey char on the outside of a thick, perfectly medium rare steak is the best. You did it exactly how I would want it.
