I recently needed to utilize the warranty on my kamado Joe Jr. I had a crack in the fire box which does happen sometimes.

Timeline:
Nov. 25 I noticed the crack, took pictures and submitted the claim with all the necessary documentation.

Nov. 26 I received a human email from KJ saying they appreciated me including all the warranty info and copy of my receipt and the would be getting the new fire box out shortly.

Dec. 7 I received an intact replacement on my door step.

So I’m happy with this timeline it seems very reasonable, I know there was some talk about customer service issues at one point but that was not my experience.
