    Recipe is Mondernist Bread, Hamburger Buns.  Didn’t have malt syrup (2g) and used equivalent extra honey based on rough recollection of substitutions.  

    Recipe calls for 1kg into 8x 125g and they were huge.  Next time I’ll consider 12@80g which seems closer to a grocery store sized bun.
