1 5 bone-in prime rib
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil

For the Herb-Crust:
2 cups plain breadcrumbs
1 cup parmesan (finely grated)
4 cloves garlic
1 cup fresh parsley
¼ cup fresh rosemary
¼ cup fresh oregano
⅛ cup olive oil

Equipment:
MEATERDUO
Food Processor/Blender
Cast Iron Pan
Smoker
Grill Tongs

Instructions

Brush the rib with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Sear each side.
Rest for 10 minutes.
Blend Herb Crust ingredients until even and green!
Pat your Herb Crust onto your prime Rib.
Insert MEATER probes into the thickest meat.
Select the Prime Rib, set the temperature to 135°F (60°C) for a great medium rare!
Rest for 10 minutes.
