I have an Anova precision cooker. I dont know the model. I use it to make yogurt 2 or 3 times a week. I do a gallon of milk at a time using 4 1 quart jars, and a pint jar. I would like to double the amount i do at one time. What container could i use? I've attached pictures of my current setup. Looking for advice. Thanks

I would like to do it as cheap as possibe as well
We use a rubbermaid container with a hole cut out of the lid (not centered like yours… but on the edge where the device – Joule – attaches to the edge). We typically just leave it in the sink during use. Works for cooking multiple pork butts or full racks of ribs… I’m sure I could fit 6-8 qt jars in it.
There’s plenty of options of different size plastic storage containers at your local hardware store.
Check your local restaurant supply store for larger containers. I have a tub about twice that size for doing larger items/volumes. But as you go bigger, heat loss can start to rear its head as a problem to be solved. Some folks will modify a cooler to help mitigate that.
Search Cambro containers on Amazon. They come in larger sizes and can take the heat. You can also modify a cheap cooler.
I’ve used coolers at 165 with no issues. Notch the lid and that’s it. Found one on marketplace for $10 for me to cut up.
Can I get your recipe ?
