📌Scalloped Corn:
(scalloped corn)
-2 Cans Cream Style Corn
-1 can Cream Corn
-1/2 Cup Crushed Ritz Crackers
-2 eggs
-4 Tbsp Melted Butted
-1/4 tsp EACH Salt & Pepper
-1 Tbsp Minced Onion
-1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
(topping)
-4 Tbsp melted Butter
-1 Sleeve Crushed Ritz Crackers
******Bake a 375 degrees for 35-45 min. Cool 5 minutes before serving

📌Sweet Potato Casserole:

Sweet Potato Casserole

📌Creamed Spinach:
-4 Tbsp Butter
-1/2 Onion, finely diced
-2 (10oz) bags baby spinach
-2 tsp Minced Garlic
-3/4 tsp Salt
-pepper to taste
-a pinch of Nutmeg
-8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
-1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
-1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Divided
-1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, divided
***Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. (you can broil the top until golden brown)

📌Yum Yum Green Bean Casserole:
-4 Cans Green Beans, drained
-1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
-1 cup Sour Cream
-1/4 tsp EACH Onion powder, Garlic powder & pepper
-2 Cups Shredded Cheese
(topping)
-1 (6oz) box Stuffing mix
-3/4 Cup Chicken Broth
-4 Tbsp Melted Butter
****Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Cover with foil if it starts to get too brown on top

📌Creamy Mashed Potatoes:
-5 lbs. Russet Potatoes
-3/4 Cup Butter, plus more for topping
-6oz Cream Cheese
-3/4 Cup Half & Half
-1 1/2 tsp Salt
-1/2 tsp Pepper
-1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  1. Years ago I used to make stuffed mushrooms that used a filling very similar to that creamed spinach. And then I stopped because if you ate a couple of those it was so filling that you didn't want your dinner! But it was good and I love creamed spinach.

  2. I really liked the Boursin Pasta, my Son is allergic to Spinish. He was overjoyed to learn this as a Child! I am going to make this with a Cup of Frozen Peas. That Sweet Pitato Casserole really caught my appetite. I love a Sweet Potato Casserole with a crunchy topping rather than Marshmallows. Thise Mashed Potatoes have to be out of this World!!! Thank you!!

  5. I’ll be trying most of these spinach is not a food I care to eat some needless say this the cream spinach I won’t be making the scallop corn. I’m very interested in trying.

  6. My family makes almost the same version of the sweet potato casserole. The topping is different. Instead of Graham crackers, we use crushed pretzels, and we also put about 1 cup of fresh cranberries in the topping. Everything else is the same. It is delicious!

  7. I have learned so much from you. First of all: relax! It doesn’t have to be perfect. Secondly: all cakes and casseroles should have a topping. Third: cream cheese is your friend. And last: relax! Yes, I said it again. Recipe ingredients are suggestions so feel free to change things up. Measurements are included and are important in baking but not much else; go by taste and texture. Thank you for making cooking fun.

I already have heart issues, but I do cheat bc my heart diet completely sucks. It's rare that I cheat, but I would eat any of these on my cheats. They look amazing.
