   Gennaro being Gennaro as always(as he wrote, “my version”). Seems tasty for being a modified version, i’d eat that! Tt’s not bolognese tho, its something VERY slightly different (1-2 things only if i’m not mistaken)

   Looks great. Assuming there’s a next time I’d recommend trying with unsmoked pancetta. Personally I love smokiness in a lot of things, bolognese just isn’t one of them for me.

   Looks lovely. I put one up couple weeks ago, I used bbc recipe, next time I’d use less wine and it said nutmeg I’d use less again.
