Used Claire saffitz recipe, had to chill overnight and final proof in the morning.

Need some work on consistent slices but it was late and I was slightly tipsy, all worked out!!

    Looks great. I use a measuring tape and measure the length and divide it by the number I’m making. So 24” inch long and I’m doing 12 equals 2” inches each piece.

    So then I take a small piece of cardboard or something and cut it into a 2” inch piece and use that as my marker. Make marks with a knife at each 2” inch increment along the whole thing.
    Then cut it on each line.

    Works perfectly every time. 😊Yum🤤
