  2. as a vietnamese person, it makes me super happy that banh mi has spread far and wide 😀 and Brad is so lovely with the amount of research and the balance of creativity and authenticity. and indeed a lot of the banh mi stalls in vietnam does to the doo-doo-doo of magi lol
    fun fact "bánh mì" translates to just "bread" lol

  4. Banh Mi is one of the world's greatest sandwiches…any version is great but crispy pork belly is my ultimate…
    The others that belong in the sandwich HoF – IMO – are (in no particular order);

    Italian porchetta panino
    French beef dip sandwich
    Louisiana hot fried chicken sandwich
    Maine lobster roll
    Lamb shawarma sandwich
    Croque monsieur
    Classic club sandwich
    Shrimp Po boy

  5. When they put the chicken in the cast iron, I see the cast iron burned the chopping block (you see it when he picks up the pan), next time the chopping block is in scene it's upside down to hide it haha – I see you Brad, I see you… Love your videos!
