First time bagels! Far from perfect as I didn’t have any bagel boards, but happy regardless 🥯
Used the Brian Lagerstrom recipe but without a bagel boards and instead on a cast iron slab 🌟

That’s prefect . Especially for a first time. One of the only two things I have not tried to tackle yet . Bagels and English muffins are what I need to try. I hope my first batch comes out this well
