1 cup quinoa, 1 cup frozen cooked chicken, 1 can condensed tomato soup, 2 cups frozen veggies, 4 garlic cloves, 5 cups chicken stock, 2 Tbsp tomato paste, white pepper, seasoned salt, thyme, rosemary, nutmeg. All in the slow cooker on high 4 hours. The veggies fell apart (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower) and the quinoa texture is prominent, but even my 12 year old devoured this and that's a win in my book.
