Vincent you should aim for around 100grams of protein in a day if you are wanting to see results from the gym! Good quality protein powders, Greek yoghurt and eggs will be your best friend! 🫶🏽

this is so random to see now because my mum who is into fitness made that first recipe couple of days ago and I really liked it🤭 it kind of was too salty though due to the cheese – it kept me full for a long time so I recomend trying it🤗

Me personally, I‘ve never tried cottage cheese but I have to admit, that the texture is really throwing me off. I have a problem with specific textures (I like tomato soup, but no tomatoes lol) and the texture of cottage cheese scares me 🥲
anyways, since going to the gym I’ve been searching for high protein recipes as well. On a regular basis, I’ll have a high protein Kaiserschmarrn (it’s quite easy and yummy) or make pancakes with protein powder. I’m a really picky eater with a sweet tooth so these two recipes are my favorites!
If you put hot tomatoes in a blender they can pop the top of the blender off due to steam. Like boom lol
vincent! i also live in germany and i ve discovered protein bread not so long time ago. you can buy it everywhere. ca 10 g of protein pro slice, or ca 15 per aufbackbrötchen 😀 and the ingredients are usually fine. i do a sandwich w two slices (20 g of protein) plus some billy grean salami (equal to mb another 10 g of protein) and it’s ca 30 g of protein per sandwich!

I also struggle to eat much protein as a vegetarian. Learning the starbucks grilled cheese has 22g of protein was exciting though! I avoid these recipes because I assume they all taste eggy 🤮 so thank you for trying these and telling us how they taste.
Not one to follow trends much, but I am slightly curious about the cottage cheese wrap. I personally don't like cottage cheese normally cuz of the very grainy texture and also not the biggest fan of cheese in general (overly active taste buds here and most cheeses to me taste sour)
